Mitzi Grey has more than 30 years experience in healthcare. She has served as a critical care nurse, educator, quality manager, nurse manager, and Director of Nursing. Her consulting career has spanned more than 15 years and includes hospitals, endoscopy centers, surgical centers, long term care facilities, and home health agencies.

Mitzi's expertise in interpreting standards and providing recommendations for practical and affordable strategies to meet the standards has served her clients well for OSHA compliance and accreditation compliance with both Joint Commission and AAAHC organizations.
